  • When should I place my order?

    I book out 2 months in advance so request your order as early as you can. Confirmation of order requests will be on a first come first serve basis followed by an invoice and 50% deposit. Your order is not confirmed until your deposit has been made.

  • Do you deliver?

    Unfortunately no, everything is picked up in Park Slope Brooklyn.

  • What is your cupcake order minimum?

    One dozen per flavor

  • When do I submit payment?

    I ask for the full payment at the time of invoice for all orders. You have 3 days from the time of invoice to submit payment

  • Can I change my order after the deposit has been made?

    Once the invoice has been written no changes can be made.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Orders can be canceled 7 days prior to the due date with a 50% refund of the total cost. Orders canceled less than 7 days before pick up are non-refundable.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Yes, I can make gluten free & nut free baked goods. Please let me know of any allergies when booking your order.

  • Where do you get your inspiration from?

    I use my clients ideas & my own to make mood boards. Together we come up with the perfect design. Designing is a creative process so sometimes things change while making the cake. I do not copy any other baker’s work. I will happily draw inspiration from images but at the end of the day they will be my own designs. Inspiration images are just inspiration images please don’t expect your cake to look identical.

  • Do you work with fondant or write on cakes?

    No, I don’t work with fondant or write on cakes. I also do not make character cakes. For example I will make a mermaid cake but it will not be The Little Mermaid.

  • Can I make changes to my cake if I don’t like the design?

    All designs on pickup are final. No further changes can be made.

  • Are all sales final? Do you offer any refunds?

    All sales are final & there are no refunds.
